DAY 1 – ENVISION

Do we believe everything that’s replayed on our pocket screens? Are we living in a created reality or are we in charge of it? How can we bring a change and create new stories? Which means can we use?

 Today is the first day of our Youth Media Training taking place in the context of the “reCREATE” (Erasmus+ KA2) project. Aim of the project is to create new narratives and tackle fake news to fight misinformation on migration in Europe. In the era of the internet Together we want to create an impactful change using visual media tools. Creativity will be ur tool, and camera is the means.

 During this day, we start getting to know each other through team building activities and visual media assignments, we set up a warm atmosphere among us, discussed about our expectations and exchanged our ideas and experiences in the field of video making. We start entering slowly into the topic of the project addressing storytelling and fake-news sharing our visions and values!

 These are the chronicles of “New Narratives on Migration” Youth Media Training, and we will be sharing stories and posts with you for the following 8 days.
