THE NGO.SUSTAINABLE MENTEES | MENTORIA

🗣️ We finished mentoring local Greek organizations for 9 months!
We just wrapped up the personalized mentoring circles of local Greek NGOs and informal groups, which lasted for 9 amazing, impactful months. 💥 Through this project, we were able to empower young organizations in Strategic Planning, Project Management, Branding, Communication, and Digital Youth Work, in order to support their strategic development in the long run.
🧩 Mentoring is an important piece in young organizations’ learning; It’s a support system providing the environment to discover what they want to achieve, and then empower and support them to do so.

🎙️ Who are you?
Mentoria is a non-for-profit organization with the goal to promote holistic experiential learning, a type of learning based on the talents and interests of young people, to lead them to a balanced professional and personal way of living.
🎙️ What was the goal you wanted to achieve through NGO.Sustainable?
Our goal was to get all knowledge and tools to succeed in applying for funding opportunities. Also, to diversify and expand our network.
🎙️ What did you achieve?
We applied for funding in collaboration with a partner from Spain; We also learned a lot about grant writing, how to apply for funding, and expanded our organization’s network.
🇪🇺 The project is co-funded by the European Union via the Erasmus+ programme and supported by the Център за развитие на човешките ресурси (ЦРЧР). It’s a collaboration between Synergy Bulgaria 🇧🇬, Life Zone Group 🇪🇪, Fundacja Europejski Instytut Outsourcingu 🇵🇱 and Roes Cooperativa 🇬🇷.
