THE NGO.SUSTAINABLE MENTEES | GROWTH HUB
We finished mentoring local Greek organizations for 9 months!
We just wrapped up the personalized mentoring circles of local Greek NGOs and informal groups, which lasted for 9 amazing, impactful months.
Through this project, we were able to empower young organizations in Strategic Planning, Project Management, Branding, Communication, and Digital Youth Work, in order to support their strategic development in the long run.
Mentoring is an important piece in young organizations’ learning; It’s a support system providing the environment to discover what they want to achieve, and then empower and support them to do so.Let’s hear how this experience was through their own eyes. Last but definately not least, we present to you Growth Hub Greece 
Who are you?A youth organization focusing on young people’s personal and professional development, especially those in rural areas.
What was the goal you wanted to achieve through NGO.Sustainable?I wanted to find more fitting strategies for development within my organization, set goals for the future, and understand my target groups better; Also, to understand better the pillars we will use as a foundation for developing as a team.
What did you achieve?Making more solid steps, putting more specific goals, and to focus on what’s important for the organization, so we can become more sustainable and make our work more meaningful for young people.
