DAY 1 – LAYING THE GROUNDWORK 

🌱 For a seedling to grow, it needs proper conditions. And, before anything else, it needs a proper ground to be planted in.
🌳 Today is the first day of NGO.Sustainable Training Course, who aims at providing everything an idea needs to grow. In this growth hub, we will have the chance to witness the ideas of 24 participants from 19 organizations across Europe… Grow in just 7 days.
Before anything though, we have to answer one question: Who we are? What is the ground where we are planting our idea in? 🤔
Today we devoted time to find more about ourselves and our superpowers – the ones that gave life to our ideas! 🦸🏽 We exchanged these ideas and our own definitions of sustainability, community, digitalization and strategic planning, and we were amazed by the amount of topics and points of view that came forward.
🎯 After that, we set our own rules individually and systems of peer support collectively. Each idea is different, thus our journey to make it a reality, but in this journey we will walk together; supporting, helping and empowering each other on each step.
At the end of the day, we built these dreams starting from the foundation and created the towers of our dreams. 🗼 How can we support each other in this process?
